Which plan suits which drain company

Choose by the work you need done, not by the size of the number.

  • Growth suits a drain company with one to a few trucks that needs the basics done properly: a complete Google Business Profile, drain-specific pages, call tracking and a review routine. It is usually where local search and reviews live.
  • Elite suits a company that answers calls after hours and wants paid search working alongside organic: backup call capture, inspection content and one or two campaigns a year. The website design benefit helps if your current site can't hold proper drain pages.
  • Enterprise suits a multi-crew company covering a large area, running several campaigns, or rebuilding its website at the same time. The dedicated team matters when there's a lot moving at once.

Unsure? Tell us your call volume, your crew count and the job you most want more of, and we'll say which plan we would pick and why.

What drives the total cost

The plan fee is one part of what you spend. Three other things shape the total:

  1. Ad budget. Urgent drain searches in big cities cost more per click than planned-work searches in small towns. We recommend a starting budget in your proposal and adjust it from real cost-per-job data.
  2. Website work. If your site needs rebuilding before it can carry good drain pages, that's a one-time decision. The Elite and Enterprise plans include website benefits, as shown above.
  3. Your footage and time. Inspection content goes faster when crews send clips and photos. It costs nothing extra, but it does need a little of your team's attention each week.

A budget sanity check

Here is a quick way to test whether marketing spend makes sense for your business, using invented numbers you can replace with your own:

  • Plan fee: $1,999 a month
  • Ad spend: $2,000 a month
  • Total: $3,999 a month
  • Average gross margin on a drain job: $250
  • Jobs needed just to cover marketing: $3,999 ÷ $250, about 16

If one camera inspection a month turns into a lateral replacement with $4,000 of margin, that single job covers the month. That's why inspection follow-up is often the first thing we work on.

Tax by province

We add tax based on where your business is located. As of October 2026, using the Canada Revenue Agency's rates:

  • 5% GST: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut
  • 13% HST: Ontario
  • 14% HST: Nova Scotia
  • 15% HST: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island
  • 5% GST plus 9.975% QST: Quebec

Provincial sales tax in BC, Manitoba or Saskatchewan is added only where it applies to the service. Each region page shows the rate for that province.

Terms in plain language

  • Cancel with 30 days' notice.
  • Lower monthly prices if you choose annual billing.
  • Your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and call data stay in your name.
  • Anything not listed here is written into your proposal before you sign.

We are a marketing and consulting service; we are not a contractor. Questions about price are welcome on the FAQ page or by call, text or email.

Frequently asked questions

Is ad spend included in the plan price?

No. Ad budgets are paid directly to Google or Microsoft from accounts in your company's name. Our plan fee covers the work of planning, building and managing them.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Each plan renews monthly, and 30 days' notice is all it takes to stop. Annual billing is available at the lower monthly prices shown, if you prefer it.

What tax is added?

That follows your province. Ontario pays 13% HST and Nova Scotia 14%; New Brunswick, PEI and Newfoundland and Labrador pay 15% HST; Quebec pays 5% GST plus 9.975% QST; everywhere else, including the territories, it is 5% GST, as of October 2026. Provincial sales tax in BC, Manitoba or Saskatchewan is added only where it applies to the service.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. If your trades business is eligible, the first 30 minutes cost nothing and sit outside any paid plan. You don't need to commit to anything to have it.

Can I see a full price breakdown before I sign?

Yes. Your proposal lists the plan, what's included, the ad budget we recommend and any one-time costs, in writing, before you agree to anything.
